INCOMING KINDERGARTEN, READINESS AND 1ST GRADE ONLINE REGISTRATION FOR THE 2024/25 SCHOOL YEAR WILL BE AVAILABLE TOWARDS THE END OF JANUARY 29th 2024
Parents are encouraged to enroll Kindergarten, Readiness and 1st Grade students for the 2024-2025 school year when our online registration system opens for registrations. We start the process this early in order to get a head count for budgeting and staffing purposes.
Your child must be five years old by September 30th 2024 to be eligible for public kindergarten and 6 years old by September 30th 2024 to be eligible for 1st Grade and Readiness
To begin the process, you will need to complete a brief online pre-registration form by visiting this website: https://sms.sau19.org/public/formbuilder/form.html?formid=1321290
. We recommend using a device other than your phone for this process. Once submitted, you will receive a confirmation email that your pre-registration has been submitted to the school district.
After your pre-registration has been approved, you will receive a second email with directions on how to proceed with your online registration. Please note that you will only receive this email during school hours. If you have not received an email within 2-3 days, please check your spam or junk folders.
During the registration process you will be asked to upload the following documents. If you are unable to scan your documents, you can take photos with your mobile device as long as they are readable. All documents must be uploaded to complete your registration:
- A copy of your child’s birth certificate.
- A copy of your child’s immunization record.
- A physical examination for your child by a qualified physician within one year prior to entering school.
- Two Proofs of Residency –
- Utility bill or deposit receipt indicating address
- Purchase and Sales Agreement
- Lease Agreement
- Voter Registration
- Social Services Papers – Social Security, AFDC
- Rent Receipt including verification of Landlord’s address and phone number
- Welfare card
(In the unusual case that these are not available, a signed and notarized statement of residence must be submitted.)
Session Preference
NBCS provides half day kindergarten. Morning session hours are 8:00 am – 10:35 am and afternoon session hours are 11:35 am – 2:15 pm. Bus transportation is provided both ways.
All kindergarten registrations must be completed by April 19th 2024 in order for your child to be considered for your preferred session (AM or PM). If you have extenuating circumstances which require a specific session, please email This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. This does not guarantee that your child will be in the session you request. If there is a higher demand for either session, students may be placed in the classes with lower enrollment. Final placement requires that all registration materials are complete.
Bus drop off times and bus stops can be obtained directly from our bus transportation company, Goffstown Truck Center at 497-3111.

On the first day of school, we ask that you inform your child’s teacher, in writing, of your child’s transportation plans for the year (bus #, walker etc.). If you need to change those plans, we ask that you send in a note on those days stating the change in plans.
